Tennessee School Districts & Leadership Resource Portal
To streamline transition support across the state, The Learning Library syncs local school directory metadata with standard agency identifiers. This ensures that every student profile aligns correctly with official records.
Standardized District Identifiers
When preparing datasets or syncing users between our Moodle learning portal and CRM instances (SuiteCRM / Accounts v1), we reference the following ground-truth data points:
NCES LEA ID (Local Education Agency ID): The unique federal key used to prevent duplicate district names (e.g., distinguishing county school structures from city special school districts).
State School ID: The official designation assigned by the Tennessee Department of Education.
Superintendent Contact Metadata: Directly mapped to active CRM contacts to maintain direct, reliable communication loops.
Core Operational Workflow
For administrators managing district updates or preparing to import records:
Verify District Identifiers: Check student registrations against our golden records (e.g., Rogersville City, Moore County, Maury County, Collierville, etc.).
Deduplicate Contacts: Run clean comparisons before importing batch data to protect superintendent contact channels.
Map Moodle Cohorts to NCES IDs: Ensure that student activity records cleanly reflect their physical school locations for federal reporting.
Need CRM Import Templates?
We have prepared a pre-mapped CSV framework for syncing up to 2,000 schools and contacts cleanly into SuiteCRM without disrupting current logic hooks.
