Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) Sequencing

Welcome to our comprehensive instruction hub. Mandated under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Pre-ETS helps students with disabilities prepare for postsecondary education, independent living, and meaningful careers.

The Learning Library structures these services into five essential pillars, designed to meet students where they are rather than relying on age or grade level.

How to Use the Sequencing Guide in Your Classroom

Our curriculum follows the proven “I Do, We Do, You Do” method:

  1. I Do (Demonstration): The provider demonstrates the skill or reviews the concepts.

  2. We Do (Collaboration): The provider and student work together with accommodations.

  3. You Do (Independence): The student demonstrates proficiency in standard settings.
